Agent-ready service terms

1. Who we are

2. Who these terms are for

Businesses only. By ordering you confirm you are buying for a business and that you have authority to bind it.

3. What we provide

An MCP server for your API (the Server), hosted by us, with the features of the plan you choose as described at reliness.co.uk/agent-ready on the date you order. We aim to have the Server live within five working days of receiving payment and the access and documentation we ask for.

4. What you provide

Your API documentation or OpenAPI definition, any test credentials we need, and a contact who can answer questions. You confirm you own or control the API and its brand and that you authorise us to build, host and list the Server in your name. You remain responsible for your API, its availability and its own terms with your customers.

5. Price and payment

Set-up and the first month are paid upfront, or against your purchase order, before work starts. Monthly fees are paid in advance. Reliness Ltd isn't VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Overdue sums carry statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel the monthly service at any time by email. It ends at the end of the month you have paid for and no further charges are taken. Set-up fees are not refundable once the Server is live.

7. Leaving

When the service ends we hand over the Server code, your configuration and your registry listings, so you can run it yourself or move it to another provider. We then stop hosting and delete hosted copies within 30 days.

8. Your data and your users' data

The Server passes requests between agents and your API. We keep request logs for 30 days to run the service and produce your reports, and we use them for nothing else. Where we process personal data for you we do so as your processor under the data processing terms we will sign with you on request, and our privacy notice applies to our own processing.

9. What we don't promise

We can't promise any particular level of agent traffic, sales or revenue. AI platforms and registries change their own rules and we don't control them. We aim for high availability but the Server depends on third-party hosting and on your API.

10. Liability

Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. We aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability that can't legally be limited.

11. Ownership

You own your API, your brand and your data. We own our general tools and know-how. On handover you receive a perpetual licence to use, change and run the Server code you receive.

12. Complaints and law

Our complaints procedure applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
