Tender-Ready Pack
Many public sector buyers now ask suppliers for the same set of documents before they'll take a bid seriously. The Tender-Ready Pack gets you all of them in one go, ready to sign, publish and attach to your next bid. We get you ready for assessment. We don't certify.
Ask about the packWhat's in the pack
Carbon Reduction Plan
Written in the PPN 006 template that central government buyers check pass or fail and the NHS asks for too. Ready for your director to sign and publish, with a calculation annex that stands up to a buyer's questions.
Modern slavery statement and policy
A statement covering the six areas the Modern Slavery Act suggests a statement covers, with the policy and supplier questions behind it, ready for your board to approve.
Social value statement
Specific, measurable commitments you can drop into bids and tailor to each contract, written against the models your buyers score.
Cyber Essentials readiness checklist
What to put right before you book your assessment, in priority order, written so your IT person can act on it.
Each document comes as a publication ready PDF and an editable Word file. If a buyer's compliance check rejects the carbon plan on format or content, we correct it at no charge.
Why buyers ask
Carbon
Central government buyers make a Carbon Reduction Plan a condition of taking part in contracts worth over £5m a year, where it's relevant to the contract. The NHS uses the same template. For NHS procurements starting from 1 April 2027, a Carbon Reduction Plan replaces the shorter Net Zero Commitment on contracts above the procurement threshold, and contracts of £5m a year or more and all new NHS frameworks need the fuller 2027 NHS plan.
Modern slavery
A statement is a legal duty for businesses with a total turnover of £36m or more, but public buyers ask about modern slavery whatever your size. A short, honest statement looks far better than a blank.
Social value
For procurements starting from 1 January 2027, central government must weight social value at 10% or more on contracts of £1m or more, and 20% or more at £5m and over.

What it is, and what it isn't
What you get
- Four documents ready to sign, publish and attach.
- Your carbon footprint and targets, set out so the numbers survive a buyer's query.
- Link text for your homepage, where buyers expect to find the carbon plan and the modern slavery statement.
- A clear list of what to fix before your Cyber Essentials assessment.
What it isn't
- Certification. We get you ready for Cyber Essentials and you certify through a certification body, whose fee is separate.
- An audit. We don't verify your data, and the carbon plan isn't a verified or audited statement.
- The fuller 2027 NHS plan for NHS contracts of £5m a year or more and new NHS frameworks. It needs independently validated targets, so we quote it separately.
- Legal advice.
Keeping it current
A carbon plan has to be published within the 12 months before the tender it's used for, so it needs refreshing every year. We can do that for you, and review the other documents at the same time.
How it works
- Email us your company name and the tender you're preparing for, if there is one. We reply within one working day with a fixed price and whether we can meet your deadline.
- You accept the quote and pay. We send a short list of what we need from you.
- You get the pack, check it, and your director signs.
One fixed price for the pack, agreed in writing and paid upfront, or against your purchase order, before we start. Reliness Ltd holds £1m professional indemnity insurance. Each document is also available on its own. Reliness Ltd isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT on top.
